The candidate shall be knowledgeable of the Chapter 8 of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with IS security. Shall have experience with the development, implementation, and maintenance of computer security plans as well as the documentation, and presentation of the IS security education program to ensure facility compliance with requirements for IS security. Must be able to coordinate with other security disciplines to ensure all classified computing assets are properly accredited. Candidate should possess skills that support a team environment, ability to effectively interface and communicate with numerous cognizant security agencies and customers, taking direction from more senior analysts and management. Promotes daily contact with program management, engineering staff, the Orlando technical security manager, and other security and program personnel to resolve technical security related issues. Candidate shall be knowledgeable of secure computer operations and how they are configured to meet various government requirements for classified operations. Should be able to communicate effectively, have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. This position requires applicants to have a final secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last five years. Candidates must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance upon employment. This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin meet its business needs. Basic Qualifications Ability to author security plans, maintain accreditations, ability to perform technical certifications for various operating systems (i.e. Windows, Linux and UNIX). Current verifiable certification that meets or exceeds the DoD Directive 8570.1, “Information Assurance Training, Certification, and Workforce Management, requirements. (i.e. Network +, Security +, CISSP or other approved certification). Desired skills Previous experience as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) and/or Information Assurance Officer (IAO) with experience various delegating approving authorities. Knowledge of JAFAN, DCID, NISPOM, and other DoD compliance regulations. Video Teleconference equipment support experience, General Dynamic TACLANE (network encryption device) experience, Security certifications.
