Job Location Atlanta, GA Virtual Location No Job Description * Performs a variety of specialized administrative assignments to support a business unit. Functional Responsibilities: * Provides administrative assistance to staff in a business unit or office. Maintains data in unit's database. Researches and compiles data from various sources. Selects appropriate data for inclusion in reports. Reconciles new data to existing records; may conduct analyses, resolve differences, and/or bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of senior personnel. Produces and distributes routine reports according to a prescribed schedule. May assist in the production of reports, presentations, proposals, etc. May respond to customers' basic inquiries. May perform ancillary support functions such as scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and coordinating travel. Performs other related duties as required or assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Job Requirements * 2+ years of experience working with internal customers (customer service) Desired Qualifications: * Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree (preferred) * Knowledge of business unit's policies and procedures, products/services, customer base, and systems. * Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. * Understanding of how to provide exceptional customer service and how to develop relationships. * Must be able to handle multiple tasks, set schedules and prioritize to meet both internal and external deadlines. * Proficient problem solving skills. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software.
