Job Location Charlotte, NC Job Description Job Summary: Manages employees responsible for performing multiple functions of detailed clerical work pertaining to property & casualty insurance claims. Functional Responsibilities: Assigns and schedules work, checks and corrects completed work, conducts unit meetings, issues new instructions, completes and analyzes production reports, and trains new employees. Uses knowledge of mail/file, transcription/check processing, coding/transmittal, switchboard, and building maintenance functions to complete duties in a professional, timely manner. Performs other related duties as assigned or required. Supervisory Responsibilities: Full people management responsibilities, including hiring, firing, promotions, performance and compensation management, and training and development. Typical Experience: Bachelor's degree. 7+ yrs. relevant business experience. Candidate has been identified.
