The Customer Contact Center is looking for TEMPORARY (TO HIRE) PART TIME Inbound Customer Service Representatives and TEMPORARY (TO HIRE)PART TIME **Bilingual** Inbound Customer Service Representatives! Benefits for the temporary assignment include 401K participation, paid vacation, holidays and overtime! Individuals exceeding performance and attendance expectations after 90 days will have the option to convert to a regular part time employee. Qualified candidates should consider the following when applying for this position. Basic Function: Take calls from Agents, Brokers and Policy Holders to perform a variety of functions contributing to the retention of Company business. Support the claims and customer service process for all products administered by the companies to ensure quality, efficient and effective customer service to policyholders. Also, complete service request processing. Essential competencies: * Able to remain calm under pressure * Tolerant with people and processes * Maintain confidentiality * Utilize appropriate systems and other reference materials to effectively respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues * Elevate sensitive customer requests when necessary * Regular and predictable attendance with the ability to arrive daily at work on a timely basis * Ability to work flexible shifts, including additional hours, while adhering to attendance as required **Ability to complete up to 2 weeks in training: Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Training will consist of both classroom and hands on training.)** Following training: Ability to work part time, Monday & Tuesday - anytime between 7:00-5:30, Wednesday through Friday - between 10:00-5:30, with one of these days off. Part time = 25 - 27 hours per week Starting Salary for this position is $12.18 - 13.15 per hour!
