(USA-OH-Columbus) Resource Mgmt Coordinator Job
**Job Summary: * Schedule and allocate resources (human and critical modules) for approved planning requests and Projects. * Facilitate weekly meetings with functional managers and directors to assign resources for efforts impacting designated areas * Understand ChangePoint for Request, Project and Resource Management functionality and perform System Manager functions in ChangePoint to ensure data is up to date and accurate * Identify and work with Project Managers to re-staff projects based on resource availability and/or date adjustments * Create planning scenarios based on estimates from each functional area for projects approved by the Executive Committee and Decision Council. * Ensure resources are utilized to near full capacity to efficiently staff projects and ensure maximum capacity utilization and ensures resource allocation processes are followed * Ensures and maintains data integrity and governance in ChangePoint application (Resource Management and Time Tracking tool) **Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred * 3-5 years’ experience * Understanding of Project Life Cycle and types of resources needed for each phase * Understanding of project resource scheduling * Experience with Project Management and Resource Management tools * Working knowledge of ChangePoint and SharePoint applications is a strong plus * Expert skills with Change Management, Coordination skills, and Problem Management * Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and solve problems and produce reports for various levels * Detail oriented with strong * rganizational skills * Self-Starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Flexible in nature with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment * Must be team oriented and willing to assume other tasks as needed * Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision * Relationship Management/ Partnership * Proficient with MS Office tools including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Area/Infrastructure Product Knowledge * Understands cross-impacted areas for new project requests and assigns impacted applications to the request. * Ensure resources are utilized to near full capacity to efficiently staff projects and ensure maximum capacity utilization and ensures resource allocation processes are followed. * Monitor specific projects to handle resource extensions, reschedules, scenario planning, etc. * Utilize skills/qualifications matrix to identify resources availability. * Identify constraints for projects that require the same resources but need different install schedules **Other Skills, Knowledge or Abilities * Understanding of skills needed for various job functions * Strong Leadership Skills * Operations Systems and data sources knowledge * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High level of personal accountability and integrity * Ability to be proactive and take initiative * Good strategic and Business awareness with the ability to see the big picture * Train the Trainer Skills **Retail Pay Statement** Alliance Data offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive selection of benefit options including 401(k). **Retail Conditions of Employment** All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of credit and background checks. **Retail Services** Let''s face it; it''s a brand loyal world we''re living in, which is why Alliance Data Retail Services offers integrated private label and co-brand credit card programs enhanced by integrated marketing services.
