(USA-OH-Columbus) Workforce Management Planning Analyst, Broad Street Job
**Responsibilities** This position in Workforce Management encompasses the planning phase of the work flow. The planning component coordinates associate schedules, including shift and skill set gap analysis. This position also coordinates all non-productive activities by evaluating shrinkage data and considering budgetary guidelines. In addition, the position must foster collaborative relationships with associates and Operations Management.**** **Basic Knowledge Skills and Ability** **Basic Knowledge Skills and Abilities** * Basic knowledge of Workforce Management principle and disciplines * Previous exposure and insight into a multi site and technically advanced call center * Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment * Solid business, operational, and procedural knowledge of a call center * Ability to support projects of basic to medium complexity * Solid verbal and written communication skills * Collaborative individual with ability to influence others and build strong professional relationships **Preferred Technical Skills** * Ability to analyze workforce metric results and influence future results based on understanding of drivers * Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically MS Access and MS Excel, Power Point * Basic knowledge of IEX workforce management software * Basic knowledge of Avaya CMS, including Best Services Routing, vector/VDN flows and reports. **Minimum Qualifications** * Some experience in Workforce Management preferred * 1+ years of call center experience, with exposure to coordinating, organizing and multitasking. * High level analytical skills * Effective verbal, interpersonal and communication skills * PC skills (basic Word, Excel and PowerPoint) including ability to write formulas and create charts and graphs * Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently, determine priorities and meet critical deadlines. * Attention to detail. **Qualifications** **Retail Pay Statement** Alliance Data offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive selection of benefit options including 401(k). **Retail Conditions of Employment** All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of credit and background checks. **Retail Services** Let''s face it; it''s a brand loyal world we''re living in, which is why Alliance Data Retail Services offers integrated private label and co-brand credit card programs enhanced by integrated marketing services.
