Description: The role of this position is to support clients through active participation and promotion of exemplary client service. Perform a variety of administrative, client service, analysis functions to properly service and grow Major Account business. Minimum Requirements: High School degree required plus a minimum of two years customer service related experience, preferably involving health insurance benefits. College degree preferred. Valid drivers license. Current PA insurance license with authorized power in Accident and Health (0300). Should candidate lack license as noted above, candidate will have sixty (60) days upon hire to successfully secure license. Years of relative experience required: 2 year(s). Position requires occasional travel overnight, early morning, late evenings, and weekend hours (Travel 20%).
