Description We are seeking a Program Director to manage the operations of the Lake County Region in Indiana. For IFCS and Indiana Mentor the Program Director is a critical leadership role in our successful implementation of Family Centered Treatment (FCT) services. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: * Provides leadership to the region for both collaterals and staff. * Manages daily operations and all service delivery components of the FCT model. * Provides individual supervision to Family Centered Clinicians and supports the development of team supervision for staff (including, but not limited to, clinical, field and on-call supervision) * Participates in individual and peer supervision with other leaders in the state. * Oversees administrative staff and functions including payroll, billing and personnel. * Creates and implements marketing plan; develops business.
