Description Description For IFCS and Indiana Mentor the Mental Health Therapist / Family Centered Clinicianis a critical role in our successful implementation of Family Centered Treatment (FCT) services. Region 14 consists of 4 Counties including: Bartholomew, Dubois, Fayette, and Jackson.
