Successful candidate will have overall responsibility of the butane blending program and P&L;, including commercial negotiations and logistics oversight. **Responsibilities may include:** * Identify, develop, and coordinate new butane blending opportunities for transportation terminals and pipelines. * Develop optimization plans for each terminal to maximize butane blending potential. * Responsible for integrating butane blending logistics from source to destination. * Responsible for negotiating and contracting with appropriate logistics and supply companies. * Purchasing refinery or commercial grade butane. * Responsible for developing and executing butane blending capital budget. * Prepare economic justification and management summaries for butane installations. * Work with terminals to develop nomination plans based on terminal demand, historical blend percentages and any anticipated regulatory changes. * Coordinate and interface with Commercial and Operations. * Interface with Fuel and Regulatory groups on specification changes and quality issues. * Manage RIN position. * Keeping up with EPA reporting requirements. * Setting up invoicing and payment systems. **Basic/Required:** * Legally authorized to work in the United States * Bachelors degree * 3 or more years of negotiating experience * 3 or more years in economic analysis and interpretation of financial data * 5 or more years in commercial, marketing or transportation industry **Preferred:** * Business or Engineering degree * Understand LNG markets, Butane pricing and forecasts * Knowledge of gasoline blending specifications * Knowledge of refined products pipelines and terminals In order to be considered for this position you must complete the entire application process, which includes answering all prescreening questions and providing your eSignature on or before the requisition closing date of **March 17, 2014**.
