**About the Opportunity ** The Corporate Finance Department is responsible for the financial statements of Alliance Data. The SOX Group is responsible for the completion of the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts. The SOX Group is motivated by a vision to be viewed by our (internal) clients as a resource for guidance, expertise and support in dealing with accounting issues in the area of financial controls.
