Min Qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field, no experience required. Job Description: To provide general problem solving assistance relating to computer systems. Salary Range From $34,880 To $43,600 Annually This position is a Band Code: CS13. Specific Job Related Duties Receives and logs telephone inquiries regarding problems. Resolves simple problems that can be handled on initial call or researches solutions and follows up with customer. Works closely with users in problem resolution and consults users on problem prevention. Forwards calls on complex problems to the appropriate area for resolution. Adheres to internal controls established for department. Performs related duties as required.
