Req ID 284466BR Industry Job Title Programmer Analyst - Microsoft.net or Oracle APEX Job Code/Title E1062:Programmer Analyst Job Description This position is for the TSA National Explosives Detection Canine Team Program(NEDCTP). Responsibilities are to design, develop, and implement new applications and/or features of existing applications, primarily for the Canine Web Site (CWS) or K9 Asset Management System (K9AMS). Develop and/or update all relevant or required documentation including C&A artifacts. Trouble shoot technical issues. Provide installation and configuration support for software and hardware as needed. The project is 1 year base with 2 6-month options. Technical focus on Microsoft.Net, ADFS/SiteMinder, SQL, and Web Services). Basic Qualifications Requires TSA EOD clearance before contract start. (Having a DoD Secret will help qualify candidate). Some experience working in a large-scale enterprise environment, with focus on Microsoft.Net ADFS/SiteMinder, SQL, and Web Services platforms. Candidate must have at least 5 years experience with BS degree; or an Associates degree with 7 years experience. Demonstrated ability to work independently or under only general direction.
