• Monitor the daily cleaning services provided at all the locations and ensure that it is as per the standards the requirement of the company.
• Verify the contracted personnel on daily basis. Maintains necessary records in accordance with procedures and forwards the monthly payments reports for endorsement.
• Check Plant area, Kitchens especially where the shift food is stored and served to ensure compliance as per set standards. Control all food deliveries and special function, occasion and additional requirements invoices.
• Reporting to Catering Contract Officer.
Accommodation & Catering Coordinator, Cleaning Supervisor . Catering Officer.
Coordination with support staff to ensure cleanliness of Site accommodation. Assist in the Employees and visitors at site to improve existing practices as well as to meet their upcoming needs.
Assist in accommodation related records to support decision. Investigate all hygience- related to accommodation food and beverages.
