As part of our Service Academy we are the leaders in market research and have the only one in the Middle East patented mystery shopping tool.

Our business is expanding rapidly and so will our team. We are currently looking for a project coordinator to coordinate our projects.
Responsibilities include:
Project Co-‐ordination
• Coordinate the market research projects and act as the liaison between client and iLearn team
• Develop and follow the Proeject Plan and ensure all project stakeholders fulfill their project tasks in a timely manner and deliver quality service
• Liaise with client in developing the market research attributes reflecting the client strategy, brand position and learning outcomes of training programs
• Select, recruit and train mystery shoppers
• Ensure all research material is stored, edited and delivered to the client
• Liaise with Market research to finalize timely and accurate research report
• Co-‐ordinate training events for both banking and CSR
• Co-‐ordinate with freelance trainers
• Liaise with subject matter experts for the development of training material
• Oversee the Certification of Course Material through ILM, IEMA and Accountability, Global Reporting Initiative
• Overall business and administrative support
