Our client, a Facilities Management Company, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer for their organisation in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the same profile in the Facilities Management Company within UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handling company re-branding. Create ongoing activities that promote the company and its product and services.
• Creating Marketing and Sales Business plan, Sales report strategies and Planning.
• Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring the costs, competition, supply and demand
• Develop advertising, promotions, social media and public relation activities.
• Developing sales materials such as sell sheets, brochures, catalogs and order forms.
• Setting sales goals, recommending whether the company will add or drop product or services the company emphasizes based on ease of sales or profit.
• Monitoring return on sales, assist the team in closing some details and visiting customers when necessary.
• Creating quality assurance and service surveys
• Handling complaints and provide immediate solutions
• Monitoring Sales Contracts and files and observe weekly reports from the team
• Setting up budgeting strategy.
• Following up with Call Center Team and Help desk team to monitor our service and implement when necessary.
• Setting up full Data sheet to use as a leads on sales.
• Carry out Sales Team appraisals and managing performance, setting up goals and work strategies for sales team, giving training and create training presentation when necessary.
• Monitoring PPM Sales and adjusting selling prices and setting up goals for increase Market Share
• Develop sales Material such as promotions, brochures, helping in submitting requested marketing materials such as signage’s board etc.
• Monitoring Sales flow of PPMs in Dune Village.
• Setting up Marketing Materials and goals for increasing market share and assist in hunting new business opportunity.
