LVSA has been operating in Saudi Arabia since 2009 with over 200 employees; currently there are seven operating vocational institutes and colleges in Riyadh, Al-Kharj, Jeddah, Rabigh (North from Jeddah) and Mecca. Our institutes offer a two-year and a three-year technical diploma program to Saudi trainees between the ages of 18-23. The first year program or Foundation Program entails the delivery of an Intensive English program as well as preparatory courses in Life and Study Skills, IT and Mathematics.
As part of the Laureate Global Network, Laureate Vocational Saudi Arabia (LVSA) is seeking HR Coordinator for their Dubai Office in the Dubai International Financial Center.
Job Description
The LVSA HR Coordinator will be reporting to the Recruitment Manager and responsible for implementing the recruitment strategy and processes. The candidate will assist in completing daily recruitment and HR related operations.
Essential Job Functions
• Assist in implementation the recruiting strategy & process.
• Assist in identifying, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Report to the Recruitment Manager on sourcing, screening, interview issues and/or possibilities.
• Liaise with relevant approved recruitment agencies.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and employee specifications.
• Assist in posting and/or channeling job posts.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Basic salary + 15% of basic salary as undefined benefits + 10% end of year service (paid annually) + 25% housing allowance.
