To achieve the sales target set for him/her and contribute to achieving the planned sales offered by the Company.
Profitability & Sales
• Implement the sales plan under the supervision of the Sales Director to achieve the profitability & sales goals set and approved by management.
• Identify and actively pursue target market by arranging meeting for sales pitch and presentations.
• Arrange and carry out site visits for potential clients.
• Arrange and carry out presentations on the Company and property offered for sales.
• Negotiate agreements with the clients as set policies and guidelines and in coordination with respective senior management.
• Actively coordinating with Real Estate Agents to ensure prospective clients are provided with accurate information about the property.
• Promote the Company to maximize good sales.
• Integrate sales efforts with organized marketing activities and attending and participating in events, exhibitions and conferences to generate sales, create more sales leads and collect market information.
• Monitor agents to ensure best corporate identity and information is applied on all work that is carried out and presented.
• Follow up with clients to ensure the timely collection of receivables.
• Coordinate with various departments to get the support needed for the sales efforts.
• Responsible for collecting relevant information on new leads.
• Liaise with the management to run day-to-day sales operations.
Policies & Procedures
• Implement the management approved Policies & Procedures for the selling process ensuring:
o Proper documentation throughout the sales cycle.
o Timely response to and follow up of sales enquiries, efficient after-sales follow up and service to build client loyalty.
o Proper database management.
• Recommend changes to Policies & Procedures to management as and when needed.
Reporting
Reporting involves submitting all required reports to management within time limits stated:
• Daily update of the CRM.
• Daily, a report containing new leads, names of potential buyers to whom sales presentations were made, and sales made.
• Create a weekly feedback for customers.
• Monthly reports should include the following:
o Sales made over the month.
o Major changes on the master leads database list.
o Customer reports (complaints and requests).
o Market and competitor activities and affect on sales efforts.
• Information requested from other departments.
