- Plans, develops and executes digital marketing campaigns across all digital consumer touch points to achieve key business objectives as directed by supervisor.
- Managing the content diary for social media content.
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
- Works with the Marketing & Communications team to develop a social media activity schedule that is aligned with the Marketing & Communications plan.
- Oversees all company social media accounts management ensuring all copy is relevant for the different platforms.
- Keeping up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and approaches to adopt.
- Tracking conversion rates and suggesting improvements to the website.
- Respond to Social media inquires on a daily basis
- Overseeing PPC campaigns monitoring their performance and return on investment.
- Call leads coming from digital marketing campaigns, and follow up to convert them to actual registration.
- Understanding analytics and measuring ROI to take corrective action plan.
- Collate and report back monthly on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activity
- With the rest of the Marketing team act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy
- Attends events to promote the image and the value of the College via social media
- Supports all departments in amplifying their events/exhibitions
- Assists the department in planning events internally and externally.
