Warehouse Manager- Job Brief
- Manage flow of all goods to/from the BTC warehouses.
- Supervise warehouse status daily to ensure proper layout and storage conditions.
- Coordinate with sales team and clients for timely and effective delivery of shipments.
- Coach, manage and develop warehouse staff and team leaders to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines.
- Audit the implementation of warehouse department policies and procedures.
- Investigates stock discrepancies, including negatives, unfound and sold out, and reporting the information to relevant managers by conducting inventory count as requested by the management (Scheduled and Random).
- Report directly to the Operations Manager with timely inventory and delivery reports, and action plans.
- Follow FIFO method (First IN First OUT) in receiving, stacking and delivering goods.
- Ensure the accuracy and control of inventory level are accurate by conducting physical counts and controlling stock movement transactions.
- Ensure correct recording of all inventory inflows/outflows.
Provide the Management with a monthly updated report on date of expiry for near expiry stock and follow up with sales team on the liquidation.
