- Working Hours: 9-5 Monday-Friday
- Contract Length: Temporary 4 months (potential to be extended or go permanent with different area of the business based on performance)
- Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour £24,000-£25,000
Purpose
We currently have a fantastic opportunity working with our Randstad Sourceright team. As a recruitment coordinator you’ll be delivering off site recruitment solutions for a high profile client, whilst enjoying a flexible, remote working environment. As a recruitment coordinator you will play a big part in the recruitment of an exciting graduate programme. You will need to be an excellent communicator and love engaging with hiring managers and potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- In addition to good candidate utilisation, you will have a focus on talent pipelining and pooling.
- You will be able to adapt methodologies and techniques to different roles depending on demand and be able to source using various channels.
- Liaising with clients and candidates regarding job vacancies
- Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback.
- Attending briefing meetings, and conference calls, collect briefing information from hiring managers, and from other available resources to gain a comprehensive understanding of the vacancy, team, business and search requirements
- Maintaining relationships with both candidates and line managers
- Co-ordinate and drive post-assignment activity including compliance and other ad hoc administration. To be successful in the role you will:

- Previous experience in a recruitment capacity is desirable
- Experience coordinating multiple tasks and handling multiple stakeholders
- Organised and comfortable navigating various systems
- Comfortable working from home
