We are looking for Operation Manager, who will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring seamless processes and leading a team to success.


Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Provide strategic direction and oversight of day-to-day

restaurant operations, including dining services, kitchen activities, and delivery services.

Performance Enhancement: Continuously assess and enhance operational performance,

identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability

while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Quality Control: Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and taste, adhering to

established food and beverage standards.

Inventory Management: Supervise inventory levels, ordering processes, and supplier

relationships to minimize waste and maintain optimal stock levels.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards, as well

as regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service,

fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Satisfaction: Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience by

addressing feedback, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement

promotional strategies, special events, and marketing campaigns to drive business

growth.


Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

(Master's degree is a plus).

 Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the food and restaurant industry, with a

track record of achieving operational excellence.

 Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

 Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

 In-depth knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards.

 Proficiency in restaurant management software and technology.
