· Provide engineering support to Plant operations 24/7 (overall facilities, utilities, equipment) and lead plant shutdowns
· Analyze complex utility maintenance issues, evaluate alternative solutions, and recommend a strategic and tactical course of action in conjunction with facility engineering, maintenance/repair and subject matter experts
· Key participant in the preparation of the operations annual operating plan and participant with engineering for the emergency, corrective, and preventative/predictive maintenance section, including development of annual scope, budget, schedules, spending plans and performance targets for preventative/predictive maintenance managed programs
· Demonstrated project management skills, develops and writes equipment specifications, user requirement specifications, performance requirements, cost analysis and proposal for integrating new machinery-utilities into the site
· Schedules and coordinates adequate coverage for the department, depending on the business needs
· Provide engineering support to operations and maintenance teams on various Utilities equipment and systems
· Initiate and implement capital improvement projects within the Utilities / Power areas
· Develop and implement managing systems to improve Environmental and Safety compliance
· Performing other duties as directed
