· Answers all in-coming telephone calls and transfers calls to the concerned person as needed.
· Engages in active listening with customers, responds efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining our services, confirming or clarifying information, diffusing angry clients and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued through engagement active listening.
· Suggests or recommends the products or services that may better suit client needs
· Checks the queue to monitor the calls on hold.
- · Prepares a weekly or 2-weeks doctor’s schedule to be distributed to all offices.
