Responsibilities
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals.
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
- Conducting risk assessments for projects
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, ensuring that project risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated, while resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion.
- Work closely with executives and stakeholders to outline project scope, goals, and deliverables that are in harmony with the company's overarching strategic direction.
- Formulate and supervise detailed project strategies, timelines, projections, resource distributions, and advancement summaries, ensuring careful supervision and documentation of project milestones and results.
- Strategize and supervise the implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to tight schedules and budget constraints, securing the successful achievement of all project objectives within stipulated timeframes.
- Recognize and supervise project interconnectedness and vital stages, foreseeing communication of project risks, and resolving or escalating issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
