We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Admin, Human Resources and procurement manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in administration and human resources management. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. As an Admin and HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our administrative and human resources functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Acquires a company's various supplies. Their main duties include locating key suppliers, negotiating the company's purchasing agreements and making sure their materials and products meet the company's specifications.
- Maintains records of goods ordered and received. Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers. Builds and maintains relationships with vendors. Selects prospective vendors and negotiates contracts.
- finding and evaluating suppliers, products and services, negotiating contracts and acquiring the most cost-efficient deals without compromising on quality.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
- Administer employee benefits and compensation packages
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR management
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational development strategies
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
