Responsibilities:
- Manage a full recruitment cycle, from new client acquisition and relationship management to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating placements.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients across various industries, understanding their unique staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source and attract top talent using a variety of tools and techniques, including networking, headhunting, and leveraging job boards.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific client roles.
- Provide consultation to both clients and candidates on market trends, compensation, and career advice.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively negotiating and building rapport with clients and candidates.
- Proven track record in a recruitment role, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple positions and solve staffing challenges creatively.
