We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to join our team in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring the efficient operation of the storage area.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products in the designated storage areas.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, tagged, and stored in the appropriate location.
- Perform regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders or replenishment requests as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Prepare and pack items for shipment or delivery to other locations.
- Ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations in the storage area.
- Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory control policies.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven work experience as a Store Keeper or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures.
- Familiarity with warehouse and storage practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
