We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our organization as the Executive Secretary for our Managing Director. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to provide exceptional administrative support to our Managing Director.
Role and Responsibilities:
As the Executive Secretary for our Managing Director, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and executive support functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
2. Preparing and organizing materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
3. Screening and directing phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries on behalf of the Managing Director when appropriate.
4. Assisting in the preparation and coordination of internal and external communications, including drafting emails, memos, and other correspondence.
5. Maintaining confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
6. Collaborating with other members of the executive team and providing support as needed.
7. Develop and maintain the filing system.
8. Follow up with the team members to ensure the implementation of the instructions and tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
