The Chef Assistant will be responsible for assisting the chef in various tasks in the kitchen. Responsibilities:
- Assist the chef in preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Help in cooking and plating meals.
- Follow recipes and ensure the quality of the dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends.
