We have job opportunity for RPA Consultant position with Happiest Minds Technologies for one our Banking client in Abu Dhabi location.
JD :
- Overall 6+ years of experience in IT & software Industry.
- Proven expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using various tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Fortra Automate Enterprise and skilled in automating end-to-end business processes across Banking, HR and finance industries with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Expanded capabilities to include Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot Studio, developing low-code/no-code workflows and Chatbots to enhance customer service and internal operations.
- Providing extensive technical support and troubleshooting critical production issues anything related to Bank EOD processes, servers, networks and related infrastructure.
- Efficiently Managing the lifecycle of RPA workflow automation including, ideation, planning, designing, allocating, developing, testing, implementing and post implementation supporting.
- Proficient in all phases of SDLC such as Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, Implementation and Maintenance.
