We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations Executive / Operations Manager to manage immigration case processing and client coordination. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in case filing, documentation, and handling clients throughout the immigration process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process immigration applications and case files accurately.
- Prepare, review, and submit immigration documents as per the required standards.
- Handle client consultations regarding case status, documentation, and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales and case officers to ensure smooth case processing.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all client files.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and updates.
- Ensure compliance with immigration policies and procedures.
- Track application progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.
- Maintain high levels of client service and professional communication.
