Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to promote our concrete monitoring solution to consulting offices, engineering firms, contractors, testing laboratories, and other stakeholders within the construction industry.
The role will focus on developing relationships with engineering decision-makers, increasing market awareness, and supporting the adoption and specification of the solution in construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach consulting offices, engineering firms, contractors, project management companies, and testing laboratories.
- Introduce and present the company’s concrete monitoring solution to potential clients and project stakeholders.
- Conduct technical and commercial presentations for consultants, engineers, project managers, and QA/QC teams.
- Educate potential clients about the value and benefits of concrete monitoring in construction projects.
- Support the inclusion of the solution in project specifications, technical requirements, and method statements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Identify upcoming projects and generate qualified business opportunities.
- Follow up on leads, client meetings, demonstrations, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate with the technical team to address client requirements and support project implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and business development activities.
- Monitor market developments, competitors, and relevant construction projects.
