POSITION SUMMARY:
Travel Retailing wish to appoint a Field Education Manager for Crème De La Mer. This position reports to the Regional Director, Specialty Brands Travel Retailing EMEA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role involves developing, coaching and motivating Sales team to raise the level of education and service in the field to achieve Brand retail goals. This includes responsibility for in-store coaching to increase overall retail sales by educating the Experts and Store Managers as well as the Sales & Education Executives on perfect product knowledge, service and sales technique. In addition conducting Experts specialised training courses as directed. Other key elements include regular liaison with sales management team to identify in-store coaching and development needs and regular communication with the domestic market Education Managers and the Global Education Team.
This is a wonderful position for an experienced Field Education Manager with outstanding business acumen wishing to further progress their career.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Whilst a high proportion of time will be spent in the UK, travel away from home will be essential in order to perform this role. Candidates should be confident presenters, have excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating passion and enthusiasm, creativity, high standards of grooming, good listening and coaching skills, and be self-motivated to achieve the high standards reflective of our Brand. Successful budget management and good organisational and computer skills are also required. Experience working within a luxury retail environment or brand is preferable.
Candidates will ideally live within easy access to a UK International Airport (preferably close to the London office yet other locations may be considered).

This position is located in the UK. If you are applying outside of the UK, we will provide immigration support to the extent that you are eligible for the required work and/or residence permits or visas. However, please not that no relocation assistance will be provided.
