Title: Sr Business Systems Analyst

For our IMServ office in Milton Keynes we are currently looking for a
Business Analyst
Who analyses complex business problems, identifies causes and proposes requirements and solutions to address those problems.
Main Responsibilities:
· Problem definition and analysis
· Business analysis planning, estimating effort, identification of stakeholders, defining approach, analysis techniques to be used, deliverables and communication
· Feasibility studies and business case development
· Needs analysis, requirements analysis, process and data definition
· Define detailed requirements and functional requirements
· Ensure requirements/specifications meet industry, quality and company standards
· Define solution options, recommendations and scope
· Define detailed requirements and solution specifications in the context of organisation, process, data and systems (incl. performance, configuration data, operational & migration)
· Support project manager and testers
· Knowledge management
· Assess deployed solutions, effectiveness and performance
· Produce process models and maps (incl. key performance indicators), data flow diagrams
· Produce business requirements specifications, use case / test scenarios, business benefits
· Produce functional specifications
Requirements:
§ Significant Business Analyst experience preferably with energy management companies
§ Strong communication skills and mentoring skills
§ Business Analysis qualification/training
§ Business process design and process re-engineering
§ Analysis techniques; problem solving, approaches, requirements definition
§ Solution orientated
§ Must be able to work in a fast pace
§ Self-managing and team worker
