Our consultants work with our customers and business partners both on short-term assignments to provide spot, Informatica expertise, as well as longer-term efforts to ensure a decision support project is delivered in accordance with the customer''s expectations. Your Opportunity You will be responsible for directly managing and growing Informatica’s Professional Services business in Australia & New Zealand. As the Head of Professional Services for Informatica in the region, you will focus on driving services revenue and customer success through the license sales teams, partners and customers. Our Ideal Candidate You are a passionate, talented manager who has a proven track record of building exceptional teams and retaining top talent. You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, intellectual curiosity, excellent analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and the ability to work with geographically dispersed teams. You are a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to learn new products quickly, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your Responsibilities Sell Informatica’s professional services to customers in the region by identifying an opportunity and working through it. Successfully deliver projects for the customers by managing & supervising, resources, customer interaction and the cost & schedule of the project. Grow the topline & the bottom-line for the business in the region by working closely with the account sales representatives for identifying new opportunities. Manage financials like revenue forecast and expense budget. Develop team capability by ensuring training needs are identified and taken care of. Your Qualifications You have 12+ years of experience in the professional services set of an enterprise software company. You have been responsible for running and managing all aspects of a professional services business for at least 5 years. You having Informatica product knowledge or knowledge of data related technologies would be a huge plus. You have strong Consulting, proposal building and problem solving skills. You are a strong and a fluent communicator with excellent presentation skills. You have strong project management and documentation skills You love challenges and are good at negotiation and managing relationship with large customers / accounts.
