(USA-VA-Williamsburg) Front Desk Representative- Welcome Center
This position is responsible for greeting and registering guests for tours of the resort property. Present a cordial and professional manner to guests and provide excellent customer service maintaining a pleasant working atmosphere. Coordinate tours with guests and sales representatives. Qualifications: High school diploma/ GED required. Must have basic knowledge of timesharing operations. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as the ability to use databases and navigate the internet. Ability to complete multi-tasks efficiently and promptly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills including tact, patience and courtesy. Ability to adapt to a very fast paced work environment with high customer contact, which at times may be confrontational. Ability to work various work schedules including weekend and holiday hours and overtime as required. Ability to lift approximately 30 lbs. Vacation is unavailable during peak season (May - September/Labor Day).
