Our services include Housekeeping, Public Area Cleaning, Overnight Deep Kitchen Cleaning, Stewarding and Exterior High Rise Window and Chandelier cleaning. All of our customers are nationally established well known hotels, casinos, vacation ownership resorts and malls. Due to our rapid growth and expansion we are seeking high quality individuals for the position of: Houseman **_Summary of Job: _** Responsible for acting in a support role to housekeepers and supervisors. Responsible for cleaning hallways and removing trash while providing great customer service. Works in a fast and efficient manner. **_Essential Job Functions: _** Provides housekeepers with needed supplies and stocks storerooms. Removes trash and soiled linens. Prepares and separates soiled linens and terry for pick up. Use floor equipment as required in the units, hallways, etc. Flips mattresses over on a quarterly basis or as required by manufacturer. Immediately notifies supervisor of any equipment failure. Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees. **_Qualifications:_** High School education or GED. Prior housekeeping, cleaning or customer service experience preferred. **_Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_** Must meet company and clients appearance standards. Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
