Assist providers and veterans on exam days in any manner needed; perform reminder calls to veterans and providers prior to exam days. Follow up with providers on report submission, attendance of veterans to exams, availability of dates from providers for exams. General problem solving in a solutions oriented manner for both providers and veteransand#39;sHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training in a medical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Good written and verbal communication skills are needed. Must possess the desire to assist our wounded veterans with a caring, positive and patriotic attitude. CPR certification being a plus.
