The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and will lead and drive the execution of all HR Programs for the business. The HR Manager will influence leaders and develop high impact hiring and retention and development strategies. Responsibilities include: -Workforce Planning and Staffing -Employee Relations/Investigations -Performance Management -HR Metrics and Analytics -Total Rewards -Talent and Succession Planning -Employee Engagement -Positive Employee Relations As a trusted advisor, the chosen candidate will be able to positively impact and influence the organization. The HR leader will align HR initiatives to meet critical business needs. -The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth and development of assigned staff, providing day-to-day direction and operational leadership for the organization.
