For more information, visit www.phillips66.com or follow us on Twitter @Phillips66Co. **Description:** This position works within the Marketing Financial Services organization processing payments and billings for Non-Fuel related invoices and tracking the fees billed to the Trade License Agreement customers. **Responsibilities may include:** * Review payment requests to ensure proper documentation is included and the upload form is filled out correctly * Organize and send daily billing reports * Receive volume submissions from Trade License Customers and bill them according to the contract * Administer the program administration mailbox by sending work requests to the appropriate people within Marketing Financial Services **Basic/Required:** * Legally authorized to work in the United States * High school diploma or GED equivalent **Preferred:** * Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance * 1+ years finance/accounting experience * 1+ years experience working in oil/gas industry * Proficient in MS office and SAP * Attention to details * Strong analytical & problem solving skills * Excellent interpersonal skills/team player * Results oriented * Outstanding oral & written communication * Organizational skills - able to prioritize responsibilities This position falls under our Employee Referral Program (ERP) and is award-eligible.
