We partner directly with business leaders to define recruiting needs and develop a clear and comprehensive plan to achieve their staffing goals. To effectively and efficiently make these hires, our Global Sourcing team provides assistance by identifying prospective talent and maintaining such information on our talent communities in our recruiting systems. Our recruiting team fosters a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, and quality driven service to our internal hiring stakeholders.**** The Role As a Recruitment Administrator, you will provide recruiting administrative support to both the Global Sourcing Team as well as the Global Recruiting Operations team. You will partner with recruiters, sourcers and researchers to obtain, record and update information on global prospective talent. The role will be located in Manila, Philippines and will have a dual reporting line to the South Asia Recruitment Manager as well as the Global Sourcing Leader. **Performance Objectives** * Perform a variety of research projects within Avature, our recruiting CRM system, related to prospect data management such as market intelligence, credential updates, existing record updates * Track and accurately record candidate research results in recruiting CRM * Conduct ongoing market research on competitive market insights and trends * Support administrative needs of sourcers in partnership with other administrative staff * Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes * Build strong relationships with internal client groups (other administrative support, recruiters, sourcers, researchers); serve our internal clients in a professional and collaborative manner * Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations * As needed, source and supply global recruiters with qualified prospective candidates within agreed upon timeframe by utilizing various resource tools, sourcing strategies and techniques The Requirements * Two or more years of experience in a professional services environment; experience in recruiting, sourcing or HR support is a plus * Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment * Strong organizational skills, with proven experience prioritizing work and coordinating several projects at one time * Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel as well as internet and social media platforms; experience with ATS or CRM a plus * A strong focus on detail and accuracy of work with the ability to take on full ownership of assigned work * Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking and customer service skills * Flexibility: able to adapt to different people and work assignments * Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service; language abilities beyond English are preferred**** * Self-sufficient and able to work independently * Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business or related field *Job ID#:* 16502 *Location:* Manila *Segment* Corporate *Business Area* Human Resources *Employment Status:* Regular Full-Time *Minimum Education:* Bachelors Degree *Minimum Experience:* 2 years
