The Decision Support Analyst (DSA) Associate will be responsible for managing the production and development of utilization and cost containment information, as well as managing the analysis and preparation of outcomes using Healthways datamarts for multiple member healthcare platforms. The individual chosen for this position will participate in the development of data reports and/or products that will enhance the retention of current market share and attract new business by demonstrating cost containment. The DSA Associate will also create and maintain operational metrics and operational reports, and will support the data needs and analysis for the call center (Well-being Improvement Center). The colleague will support the Well-being Improvement Center leadership team in metrics, analysis, and ad hoc reporting, while ensuring data integrity and will also help to determine variables and data to support decision-making. The DSA Associate will also r apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. ## Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. * Proficiency in SQL and at least one year related experience is preferred. * Ability to use Microsoft Access, Oracle, or SQL to generate reports and analysis. * Exposure to call center operations, host applications, and telephony preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strategic and tactical thinker * Ability to multi-task while exhibiting the ability to problem-solve. * Ability to be self-directed and proactive. * Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast paced, changing environment. * Results-oriented. * High energy/positive attitude/enthusiastic/creative/able to deal with ambiguity. *Job:* Operations *Schedule:* Full-time *Shift:* Day Job *Primary Location:* TN-Franklin *Req ID:* 1400087
