This is a multiyear position is a terrific opportunity for a software development professional. As a **Mid-level Java Developer**, you will be performing the following responsibilities: * Development of Java-based software in an Agile environment. * Develop deliverables consistent with all relevant customer technical guidelines including the Software Engineering Lifecycle. * Lead impact and system analysis based on business requirements. **Required skills** * 3-5 years technical experience. * Agile process * Expertise in Java/J2EE, AJAX, Spring. PL/SQL, XML * Expertise in SOAP or REST Web Service Design * Hibernate or MyBatis **Desired skills** * JBOSS EAP 5 or above/WebSphere/Web logic App Server * Struts, Maven, AJAX (preferable using DOJO tool kit), XML, XSLT, OAUTH2 * Automated testing tools(Test complete or Selenium) * JBoss EWS or Tomcat, Linux * Continous Integration experience (e.g, Hudson) * Sussful experience using Agile tools such as Rally, Wikis, Scrumboards, Jira, Burnup/down charts * Google App Engine (PaaS), Oracle Application Gateway * Ability to participate in the development of user stories. **Education and years of experience** Bachelors Degree and 3-5 years of experience **Clearance** Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust **Company overview** Join an established, reliable mid-tier government contractor with a reputation for excellence.
