Simplifies complexity and integrates internal efforts to deliver an optimal customer experience. ## Qualifications **Role Essentials** * High School Diploma or equivalent * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel * Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent Emotional Intelligence * Experience using multiple applications simultaneously * Capacity to maintain confidentiality **Role Desirables** * Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree * Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint * Fluency in Spanish **Reporting Relationships** You will report to a Frontline Leader. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer. **Additional Information** **You must be flexible to be available for any shift during these hours** * Shift is any 8-hour shift that occurs between the hours of 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Friday * Shifts are determined based on business need following 5 - 6 weeks of training * Training occurs 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday At Humana, we’re also committed to making the resources available to you that will enable you to become happier, healthier, and more productive in all areas of your life.
