1.Analyze sales per store per category and give recommendation to implement perfect store based on: our performance, competitions, targeted market share, and increase ROI.

2.Analyze product performance to ensure it meets customer needs.

3.Calculate and analyze ROI of brand activities.

4.    Conducts market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.

5.Conducts competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development.

6.    Perform with sales team to obtain all proper materials related and prior to promotion start dates.

7.Manages the points of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution and assortment) by finding the most efficient solutions.

8.    Define and manage new product programs to ensure they meet marketing, financial objectives and road map.

9.Set display standard for key accounts (Planogram).

10.Recommend strategies for product launches, entering new sectors or increasing market share.

11.Plan and execute Trade marketing activities (promotions)

12.Develops and executes promotional initiatives to increase consumption within budgeted parameters

13.Develops mid-year plan and financial analyses.

14.Implement and follow up brand/ category plans

15. Determine length and timing of promotions.

16. Report on all marketing activity and results by brand, branch and special occasions nor events.

17. Determine/ designed promotions based on channel requirements.

18.Obtains market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product; directing promotional support.

19.Review pricing, distribution and marketing communications. (extra visibility and branding)

20. Monitors Analyses requested customer researches, consumer habits, current market conditions and competitor information implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.

21.Follow up executions’ results of Trade marketing plans 

22.Insuring that the local feedback is taking into account by regularly visiting sales teams, customers, and stores.

23. Deliver any new task required within the job role.
